Welcome to Brantwood Community Services.  We deliver supports and services to adults with developmental disabilities in the Brantford-Brant community. 

If you are looking for Passport or Respite services, there are many individualized options to explore at Brantwood including Community Connections and overnight respite at the Inn.  Click on the Passport Services option at the top of the screen to learn more. 

Brantwood also provides inclusive living supports in a variety of settings across Brantford.  These services are funded through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and placement is determined by Developmental Services Ontario.  For an overview of these supports cline on Supported Living Homes and Services.
