Funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, Brantwood provides a variety of living supports including 24 hours supports in a home settings or intensive behavioural settings, to varying hours of supports for people living in apartments or shared homes.
There are 15 locations throughout Brantford Brant serving over 70 adults through 140,000+ hours of supports each year.
People are supported by a diverse, dedicated and skilled team of approximately 220 employees including Direct Support Professionals, clinical team members including Registered Practical Nurses, administrative team members and leadership.
